I remember that bike
I just barely saw this...so so CUTE! I have tried to sew tulle and it just gets messy. This looks so simple and perfect. Thanks for sharing such a great tutorial find. And Kate is precious by the way.
These are so fun. My MIL and I made these for my nieces. It was a great car project since we just knotted the tulle around the elastic band. One other fun thing we did was tied some little beads to the ends of some of the strips. The girls love playing dress-up with them.
I am curious if you were able to use your ruffler for this. I think it's the greatest sewing accessory. Sewing is so fun--glad you are so into it!
